SMS text messaging terms

Program. The Marque Group (operated by Jamaal Richard) offers a text-messaging program that sends real-estate updates, appointment scheduling, and follow-up messages to people who opt in.

Opt-in. You enroll by submitting a form on this Site and checking the SMS consent box, or by texting us first. By enrolling you consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency & rates. Message frequency varies, typically 2–8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your wireless carrier may.

Opt-out & help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe — you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.

Your mobile privacy. No mobile information or text-messaging opt-in data will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

The content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, and materials — is owned by The Marque Group or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without permission.
